Show Critique For SBTCSW Championship Show Held On The 20th November 2005

Dog Judge - Nancy Booth (Ramblestaff)

This my first championship show appointment gave me the opportunity to go over dogs I had only seen at ringside and I am grateful to the SBT club of South Wales for the chance to do so. A big thank you to all who entered and to all who sponsored the beautiful rosettes. It was a wonderful show and I enjoyed myself immensely. I am looking forward to another year of competition and I wish everyone good luck in 2006.

Dk brindle 9and a half years, still got it, this dog was a picture of health, good head shape with excellent expression, correct bite, clean lipped, neat ears, dark eyes. Strong neck leading to well placed shoulders, good front and deep brisket, ample boned legs with tight feet, well up on his pasterns, good spring of rib, short coupled, level top line held on the move, which was still well driven from behind.
